SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to device and method of obtaining tomographic data about eye fundus high speed. Device contains optic unit, configured for concentration of multitude of measuring light beams, falling on anterior part of eye, on multitude of locations of irradiation locations on eye fundus, including scanning unit, unit for collection of tomographic data, control unit, configured for control of scanning unit in such a way that measuring light beams were used for scanning in multitude of areas of eye fundus scanning and for adjacent areas of scanning from multitude of scanning areas to overlap each other. Method of image formation lies in application of device, which is also provided with system, configured for storing software which induces realisation of method of image formation.
EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to reduce impact of discordance between tomographic images in case of involuntary eye displacement in the process of restoring tomographic image of the entire area of measurements.
