SUBSTANCE: vane flexed backward comprises surface consisting of first part bent in circular arc with radius Rv=0.55 D2, and second straight part. The latter extends at a tangent to flexed first part at point b. This point is located at distance b=(0.05-0.055)D2 from first part exit edge provided said part is continued. Vane exit angle between straight second part and tangent to impeller circle D2 along second part exit edge makes 41-47 degrees and is ensured by selection of appropriate parameters Rv, Rc, D2, where D2 is impeller diameter, Rv is vane flexed part radius, Rc is radius of circle whereat vane curvature centres are located.
EFFECT: higher rated efficiency.
