FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to pesticidal solid compositions which contain a low-melting active compound which is a fluroxypyr ester, particularly fluroxypyr-meptyl. Particles of the low-melting active compound are impregnated with particles of a loosening agent in ratio of 5:1. The solid pesticidal composition contains a solid diluent and is a homogeneous mixture. The invention can also contain a dispersant, a binding agent, a pH regulator, a wetting agent and an antifoaming agent, wherein said solid composition can be in form of granules with moisture content of less than about 5%. The invention also relates to methods of producing a solid pesticidal composition and use thereof to control pests.
EFFECT: present invention enables to obtain solid fluroxypyr compositions.
