FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. In case of paresis or paralysis of inferior oblique muscle of pathological eye myography of weak inferior oblique muscle by formation of fold and recession of inferior rectus muscle with it retrodisplacement are carried out. In case of paresis or paralysis of inferior rectus muscle its resection with its fastening into place and recession of inferior oblique muscle are carried out. In case of paresis or paralysis of superior rectus muscle of eye recession of inferior oblique muscle and resection of inferior rectus muscle are carried out on contralateral eye. In case of paresis or paralysis of superior oblique muscle of eye myography of inferior oblique muscle and recession of inferior rectus muscle are carried out on contralateral eye. All said actions are carried out at deviation angles 10-30°.
EFFECT: method increases treatment efficiency by simultaneous surgical reinforcement of two weak muscles of paretic and contralateral antagonists, or by reinforcement of one and simultaneous weakening of another muscle.
