SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be applied for determining functional activity of oculomotor muscles. Functional activity of oculomotor muscles is determined by fixation of spatial position of oculomotor muscles in form of color two-dimensional tomograms. Amplitude activity of oculomotor muscles is given a degree in relative units, in determination of degrees of hypofunction of oculomotor muscles range of amplitudes of their activity constitutes from 29 to less than 14 relative units, and in determination of degree of hyperfunction of oculomotor muscles range of amplitudes of their activity constitutes from 45 to over than 48 units.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve accuracy of diagnosing muscle condition.
