FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to production of casting moulds and their components including disperse heat-resistance material and binder, in particular, shell moulds, sand cores and their parts. In compliance with this method, composition including disperse heat-resistant material and binder are introduced into hollow patter with its cavity defining outlines of mould all surfaces or of mould part to be made. Note here that said pattern consists of two detachable parts to allow extraction of cast mould. Note here that composition is applied on, at least of one of said detachable parts that contains cross-linked organic-silicon component, organic-silicon cross-linking component and, at least, one solvent.
EFFECT: ruled out material sticking to mould inner walls.
