FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy and can be used in the manufacture of casting molds. The method for additive manufacturing of products of complex shape includes mixing a refractory molding material with a catalyst, layer-by-layer application of the resulting mixture onto a working surface, introducing a binder into the deposited layer through multi-nozzle piezoelectric printheads, lowering the working platform by the layer size and repeating the process until a given shape is formed. The mixture for applying a new layer is fed into the zone in front of the leveling device, in the process of applying each layer, the mixture is vibroliquefied to the depth of the layer at the place where the mixture is leveled and the mixture is vibrocompacted. Vibroliquefaction of the mixture to the depth of the layer and its vibrocompaction reduce the force of internal friction in the applied material and the friction of the leveling device against it, which leads to an increase in the packing density of the particles of the material of the mixture and better deposition of the material layer.
EFFECT: reduction of marriage during pouring of casting molds and increase in the rate of application of molding material.
