FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to handling machinery. Proposed device comprises reversing electromagnetic drive mounted in cradle attachment joint and is built around motor and self-braking screw or worm gearing. Drive control is effected by electronic microprocessor leveling unit with cradle floor inclination transducer, floor inclination being measured relative to gravitational horizontal line. Leveling drive may be equipped with self-contained power source (storage battery). Cradle may be leveled in two coordinates and electrically insulated. Electronic unit can additionally incorporate digital or analog cradle floor inclination indicator and indicator of excess over tolerable inclination. Besides it can allow transmission of signals to cradle lift control system to lock cradle displacement in emergency and motor at intolerable cradle inclinations. It is possible to control cradle leveling drive to changing cradle in transportation position.
EFFECT: possibility to use leveling device at long telescoping jigs, higher safety, expanded operating performances.
