FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cold-accumulating material which can be used in heat-stabilising devices in instrument-making and optoelectronics, in insulated containers for transporting medical and biological preparations and food products. The cold-accumulating material contains, wt %: NaCl- 21.0-23.5; KCl - 0.1-3.0 and water - the balance.
EFFECT: disclosed cold-accumulating material stabilising temperature of minus 21±0,5°C while preserving its properties for an infinite number of melting-crystallisation cycles (more than 1000) and time.
