SUBSTANCE: cold-accumulating material which can be used in heat-stabilising devices in instrument-making and optoelectronics, in insulated containers for transporting and storing medical and biological preparations and food products. The cold-accumulating material contains, wt %: 9.0-10.5 NH4Cl; 8.5-10.5 KCl and H2O - the balance.

EFFECT: temperature stabilisation, high heat of fusion, preservation of properties in sealed containers for an unlimited number of melting-freezing cycles and time.
