FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: drilling bit has drilling surface; at that, longitudinal section of drilling bit through drilling surface is characterised by certain ratios Ltotal(depth)/ Ltotal(5.0) and H(depth)/H(5.0) at the specified depths, where Ltotal(depth) is total length of fractures, which is measured as per Palmquist method at different depths of below drilled surface along longitudinal axial central line of the drilling bit, Ltotal(5.0) is total length of fractures at the depth of 5.0 mm, H(depth) is Vickers hardness at different depths of below drilled surface, H(5.0) is hardness at the depth of 5.0 mm if the drilling bit has the length equal to 10 mm or more; and longitudinal section of the drilling bit the drilled surface is characterised with certain ratios Ltotal(depth)/Ltotal(3.5) and H(depth)/H(3.5), where Ltotal(3.5) is total length of fractures at the depth of 3.5 mm, H(3.5) is hardness at the depth of 3.5 mm if the drilling bit has the length of less than 10 mm. Method for improving viscosity of drilling bits of the rock drilling head without sufficient increase in hardness of drilling bits involves processing of drilling bits in a rotary cascading machine, a vibrational cascading machine or in a centrifuge; at that, total energy (E) created prior to collision of drilling bits with each other is in a certain range and calculated in a certain way.

EFFECT: creation of an improved drilling bit of a rock drilling tool.
