SUBSTANCE: packer plant with a measuring instrument includes tubing, packers, one or more electronic measuring instruments. Packers are located outside perforation or leakage intervals. The electronic measuring instrument is hydraulically connected to isolated space formed between packers. The electronic measuring instrument is located in isolated space between packers, located above or under packers and hydraulically connected to isolated space. The electronic measuring instrument at least with two sensors of different types represents a complex instrument. In addition, the plant is equipped with a mounting seat or an assembly located on the tubing between packers, a pump, a power cable, a bottom-hole hydraulic control, a hydraulic channel or hydraulic channels, which is connected to the electronic measuring instrument. The hydraulic channel represents a tubular element of constant or variable cross section.
EFFECT: improving operating efficiency and reliability of the plant.
