FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: pipeline union comprises bushes with ledges rigidly secured at pipeline ends and resilient rings fitted between bushes. Flanges composed of two semi-rings are fitted on aforesaid bushes to displace thereon and to thrust against bush ledges and coupled by bolt joints. Pipelines are located by male-to-female joint. Bushes have cylindrical ledges that makes thrusts for flanges. End face of one of said bushes has groove to receive resilient ring. Flanges composed of two semi-rings are fitted on aforesaid bushes to center pipelines and semi-rings joint between themselves. Note here that semi-rings of one flange have groove at one end face while second flange semi-rings are furnished with tenon interacting with mortise. Semi-rings of one flange are turned relative semi-rings of another flange by spacing between bolt joints retaining pipeline flanges to make them sealed.

EFFECT: lower labour input in disassembly and replacement of worn-out parts.
