FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: flange joint of plastic pipelines contains flanged bushings, metal elements that embrace them, sealing gasket and fixing bolts. Flanged bushings have external butt-end surfaces, which are parallel to plane of flanged bushings adjacency, and metal elements are made in the form of metal casing, which consists of two adjacent semi-rings. Fixing bolts are installed in single internal butt-end cylindrical bulge of semi-rings. Steel ring is made of two halves. Sealing gasket is installed in annular groove of flanged bushing. Part of bolt that enters into opening of flanged bushing is made cylindrical for provision of fixation of two semi-rings of metal casing.
EFFECT: increase of pipelines joints reliability.
