FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: setup includes a base, specimen grips installed on it, a wheel with a rotation drive, a roller kinematically connected to the wheel, a frame, in which the roller is arranged, a guide for movement of the frame, a pusher connected to the frame and connected to one of the grips. The setup is equipped with a lever and a rotation drive arranged on the wheel; the roller is installed eccentrically on the lever.
EFFECT: enlarging the volume of information by providing the tests both at single-cycle and at double-cycle specimen loadings with independent loading frequency control.
