FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: photometer has an excitation channel having optically connected spectral radiation source, optical filter and a means of forming an exciting radiation beam, a cassette with cuvettes which is mounted on a rod which is provided with a displacement mechanism, a visible radiation detector and a recording system, as well as a measurement chamber in form of a cylindrical cup with a cover. The cassette is mounted coaxially in the measurement chamber, has a cylindrical shape and has a socket for accommodating the cuvette on the top end face. The shaft of the displacement mechanism is inserted into centre holes of the cassette, the measurement chamber and its cover. The displacement mechanism is provided with ratchet wheels, a dog and a means of raising a cuvette with a sample.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency by enabling continuous measurement of sample parameters, high reliability and low cost of maintenance.
