FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for measuring permittivity and moisture content of materials by means of device the moisture meter-dielcometer, which includes an electronic unit, a measuring cell and a primary converter, which is a section of a long line formed by metal bar and metal base, measuring cell is structurally combined with primary converter and has a detector connected directly to input of primary converter. Five versions of primary converter are disclosed. Version 1 - metal base is made in form of rectangular frame, version 2 - metal base is made in form of hollow cylinder with longitudinal slots. Primary converters of said versions are installed on rod for control of materials in tank. To control samples, device is equipped with cassette. Version 3 is based on a cuvette with an additional plate-cover. In version 4 converter is made in form of a pipe for measurement of materials in flow under pressure. In version 5 of device, internal conductor of primary converter is structurally combined with its housing, which enables to embed a primary converter in pipe wall of drill string or in mixing chamber wall of device.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring permittivity and humidity of material directly in reservoirs at different levels, in pipes under pressure, as well as in conditions of rigid mechanical effects is technical result of invention.
