FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agricultural machinery industry, namely, to units used for treatment of various products. The unit according to the first embodiment comprises a device receiving the products in the form of a tray (1), a device for its sorting, which is provided with a frame (2) with side flaps (3), wheels (4) and elements of the trailer (5) to the means of transportation. On the frame (2) a sorting surface is located. This surface is made in the form of a set of mutually parallel shafts, mounted in a horizontal plane with gaps and the ability to rotate in one direction. Each shaft is made in the form of a square cross-section profile and is located on the elastic plates (8). On the frame a shaft (9) of vibratory drive (10) is also mounted. The shafts of the sorting surface are provided with working elements uniformly over the entire length. The working elements are made in the form of a set of discs with protruding figured fingers inclined aside. To create minimum or maximum gaps the springs are located between the discs and fixing the gaps is performed using circlips. Between each pair of the working elements the cleaning elements are fixedly mounted and also the discharge chute (17), a driving device (18), trays for discharging fractions of the sorted products (19). The unit according to the second version is additionally equipped with a device for processing the products with protective agents in the form of a chamber with the dusting nozzle and the container containing protective agents.

EFFECT: improved quality of product processing is provided by optimising the parameters of the unit elements and modes of its operation and achievement of universal application of this unit.
