FIELD: rescue equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of personal respiratory protection means and can be used in industrial production. The tear mask comprises a panoramic eyepiece assembly and face seal. On the seal the units of inhalation and exhalation and a membrane device are located. The face seal, units of inhalation and exhalation, the membrane device and the eyepiece assembly are an integrated whole, at that the area of the eyepiece assembly is 75-90% of the area of the cast surface of the mask. The mask is manufactured by a method which consists in placing in the casting mould of units of inhalation, exhalation, the membrane device and filling the moulding cavity of the casting mould. The casting mould is first filled with thermoplastic polyurethane to form an optically transparent eyepiece assembly. The perimetre of the cavity which is preliminary limited in the form by a barrier which is removed before the subsequent filling in the form of a styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene to form the face seal.
EFFECT: improved flexibility and increased tightness of the mask.
