FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of water-organic mixes to be used in chemical, petrochemical and gas industries. Initial mix is divided in steam flow with high design content of heavy fraction and liquid residuum. Steam flow is heated by mechanical compression and fed to steam-separation membrane surface. Steam is separated from said flow while distillate is used for heating bottom fluid. Rectification is carried out in countercurrent and cross motion of fluid and gas flows. Proposed device comprises rotary rectifier, boiler, refrigerator, compressor, membrane assembly with steam-separation membranes with mainly steam permeability and condenser-reboiler. Rectifier rotor comprises cylindrical concentric baffles to make labyrinth space with folding along free edge directed to rotor center and perforation on side surface. Rotor inner surfaces are coated with polymer hydrophobic material.

EFFECT: decreased metal input and overall dimension, power savings, higher resistance to corrosion, efficient separation.
