FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: moving stairway step 1 consists of carcass 2 to carry, at least, one going 22. Step carcass 2 is made up of first wall 3, mid wall 4, second wall 5, support 6, crosspiece 7 and bracket 8. Sheet billet is stamped from strip for every wall 3, 4, 5 and, then, formed by deep drawing. Support 6, crosspiece 7 and bracket 7 connect wall 3, 4, 5 by point welding. Support 6, crosspiece 8 and bracket 8 are made by continuous rolling from coiled strip and cut to required lengths with due allowance for going. Pin axle supporting step traveler 9, 11 is arranged in wall bore. Note here that cap is arranged to add strength to axle pin-to-wall join, hence, to case wall at this section.
EFFECT: decreased weight, lower production costs.
