SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and compositions of mixtures for making brick. The mixture for making brick contains clay, pegmatite, quartz sand and sillimanite, with the following ratio of components, wt %: clay -74.0-75.0; pegmatite - 3.0-4.0; quartz sand - 16.0-18.0; sillimanite - 4.0-6.0.
EFFECT: high frost resistance of articles.
