FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves consecutive steps for gasification with a gasifying agent of wastes of timber cutting and wood processing companies in direct flow conditions by pyrolysis, oxidation and reduction to obtain synthesis gas and solid inorganic products, a step for purifying and compressing the synthesis gas, a step for synthesis of liquid hydrocarbons by catalytic processing of the synthesis gas in two reaction zones, a step for separating the liquid hydrocarbons to engine fuel and a step for recycling the separated products. The gasifying agent used is pyrolysis gases formed from conductive heating of the wastes with generator gas and blow-off gases after separating the reaction products. Oxidation is carried out with oxygen-rich air. Charcoal at temperature of 500-550°C, containing a selective catalyst, is also fed into the reduction zone. After gasification, solid organic wastes are separated into ash and a recirculating selective catalyst. Sensible heat of the exhaust generator gas is recuperated for preliminary drying of timber felling wastes to moisture content of 25-30%.
EFFECT: invention reduces power consumption.
