FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: mobile complex for trenching during underground pipeline installation comprises a track-type mobile unit with a device for soil excavation. At the end of the mobile unit frame at the side opposite to the direction of trenching there is a double-chain circuit arranged as closed on doubled upper driving and lower tensioning sprockets connected to each other by doubled beams, and the circuit comprises fixed buckets with cutting elements on their external edges. Doubled beams on the frame of the mobile unit are installed with the help of brackets hingedly fixed on their middle part and on the frame of the mobile unit with the possibility of their rotation in the vertical plane. Upper parts of doubled beams are kinematically connected with the mobile unit frame with the help of a drive of their rotation, which is made in the form of an electric screw pusher hingedly fixed on the mobile unit frame with a braking device, at the end of the stem of which there is a П-shaped bracket with ends bent towards the doubled beams and hingedly connected with doubled beams, or is made in the form of two electric screw pushers, stems of which with ends bent towards the doubled beams are hingedly fixed on doubled beams. The distance between hinged unit of rotation of doubled beams in the vertical plane and the axis of the tensioning sprocket of the double-chain circuit is accepted with account of the specified or accepted depth of the trench provided that doubled beams are placed in the working position with their inclination towards the side opposite to the trenching direction, at the angle relative to the vertical line within 15-20 degrees. A trolley is fixed to the mobile unit frame at the side of the double-chain circuit with buckets by means of flexible traction elements, and the trolley has an inclined chute installed on it with the possibility to unload mined rock on it from the buckets that envelope the driving sprocket in process of trenching and to unload it from the inclined chute outside the arranged trench towards one or both sides. At the same time the width of buckets is accepted as equal to the width of the arranged trench, and the distance between doubled beams is accepted as less than the width of the buckets with the possibility to place bearing assemblies of the driving and tensioning sprockets. The distance between the brackets for installation and rotation of doubled beams and the distance between tracks and wheels of the trolley with the inclined chute are accepted as more than the bucket width. The driving electric motor of the driving sprocket of the double-chain circuit with buckets may be a DC electric motor with its power supply from an accumulator battery installed on the frame of the mobile unit.
EFFECT: distinctive features of the invention makes it possible to minimise volume of excavated rock and appropriate time of trenching and energy consumption with increased speed of trenching, provides for even placement of rock excavated in process of trenching near a trench, which simplifies and accelerates further filling of the trench with this rock.
