FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method to transport a concrete mix along a chute that makes forced asymmetric oscillations, consists in making continuous cycles of longitudinally-directed reciprocal motions with frequency of 0.8-7.5 s-1 and amplitude of 0.025-0.20 m without tough shocks in process of reciprocal motion of the chute in a cophased manner with the concrete mix contained in it in direction of its transportation, at the same time a module of maximum acceleration of chute speed-up is not more than a module of maximum acceleration of braking and makes 1.0-20.0 m/s2, and in process of shock-free return movement the module of maximum acceleration of chute speed-up is more than the module of maximum acceleration of braking in process of reciprocal motion and makes 3.5-70.0 m/s2. The module of maximum acceleration of chute braking in process of reciprocal motion is not more than in process of the reciprocal one. The ratio of the specified values of speed-up acceleration makes accordingly not more than 0.3. The function of chute speed and time has one local extremum both during longer-term reciprocal motion and during shorter-term reciprocal one, the module of maximum speed of reciprocal motion is less than of the return one. Cycles of chute motion in process of transportation of stiff mixtures follow each other, and in process of transportation of movable mixtures they are separated by arising states of rest after each return motion with duration of 5-90% from duration of cycles. Also a device is proposed that realises the method.
EFFECT: improved labour conditions, increased distance, productivity, energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness of transportation of concrete mixtures, and service life of a device used in this and persistence of properties of a transported mix during time.
