MACHINE FOR MOULDING OF CONCRETE STONES Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed machine has frame with vibration table mounted on it, vertically mobile load and mould with hole-forming cores. Frame also carries mechanism for transfer of trays, flow hopper and horizontally mobile feeder with metering box in which space bridging units with drive for their movement are installed. Machine has horizontal guides in which mechanism to feed trays is located. The latter is manufactured in the form of carriage and hoist with self-setting rests and drives of reciprocating motion with movement pitch exceeding width and height of tray.
