SUBSTANCE: invention describes a flow and pressure control containing one or several pressure reducing valves of spool type, which are installed in the housing, in the housing of which on the side of working chambers of spool valves there is an axial hole adjacent to pressure and drain cavities, isolated between each other and sealed on outer side with an insert rigidly fixed in the housing axial hole; at that, central axial hole of the housing has the dimensions that provide machining of working edges of the housing in the area of holes of spool valves; pressure and drain cavities of the housing are formed with rotation figures in their intersection area with holes of spool valves in the housing cross section, with centres located on the surface area of the central hole, which enclose the spool valve holes.
