FIELD: hydraulics.
SUBSTANCE: control vale comprises sleeve that receives the main check valve and relief valve spring-loaded with respect to the sleeve. The relief chamber inside the sleeve space is defined by the inner face of the sleeve lid and face of the main check valve. The chamber is connected with the outlet opening. The inner side of the sleeve is step-wise. One of the steps of the sleeve is used as a seat of the main check valve. The bushing bears on the second step of the sleeve. The bushing enters the space of the main check valve and is in a contact with the inner side of the main check valve for permitting movement of the main check valve along the outer side of the bushing. The inner space of the main check valve is defined by the inner side of the main check valve and the bushing and is connected with the inlet opening through the opening made in the main check valve from the side that faces the inlet opening and through the opening made in the sleeve from the side of the outlet opening. The control rod is mounted in the sleeve for permitting it to act on the relief valve through the central opening and inner space of the main check valve. The lid of the sleeve bears on the bushing. The relief valve is mounted in the lid of the sleeve. The seat of the relief valve is defined by the outer edge of the opening of the bushing. The relief chamber is defined by the outer side of the bushing, face of the main check valve, and inner side of the sleeve. The relief chamber is connected with the outlet opening and the space formed between the outer face of the bushing and inner face of the sleeve lid through the openings made in the bushing. The relief valve is mounted for permitting communication with the inner space of the main check valve and relief chamber when the control rod acts on it. The control valve and the safety valve are made in block to form a set of the valves. The inlet of the safety valve is connected with the outlet opening in the housing of the control valve. The outlet of the safety valve is connected with the drain. The outlet of the safety vale is connected with the drain through the outlet opening made in the housing of the safety valve. From the side of the outlet opening the housing is provided with the space that is in communication with the outlet opening of the control valve and is separated from the inlet opening of the control valve. The part of the sleeve of the control valve with lid enters the space. The inlet of the safety valve is connected with the inlet opening made in the housing of the safety valve. The housing of the safety valve is connected with the housing of the control valve by means of a detachable joint for permitting communication of the space and the outlet opening of the safety valve.
