FOUR-SECTION SUBMERSIBLE UNIT WITH ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC CONTROL Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC F15B13/08 

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic distributors with electromagnetic control, designed for remote control of working fluid flows in hydraulic systems, and can be used in hydraulic systems primarily located outboard as part of underwater vehicles. A seven-section submersible electro-hydraulic control unit is proposed, consisting of a housing and channels made in it, pressure, working and drain cavities, holes for working spools, while seven hydraulic distributors are linearly placed in one plane-parallel housing with longitudinal drain and pressure channels made in it, connected by a bolted connection with drain and pressure nipples as well as bores forming cavities of pressure, drain, consumers and a cable channel with wires from the coils of electromagnetic drives laid in it and connected to a block plug, while inside each of the seven hydraulic distributors there are round spools sections installed in the removable sleeve, and the spools have channels for communicating the drain cavities with the cavities in which two return springs are located, installed in the recesses of the limiters, while each of the seven hydraulic distributors is actuated by two electromagnetic valves located inside the housing drives consisting of an armature coil and a pusher.

EFFECT: simplified design compared to the use of butt-mounted (modular) distributors or monoblock structures with cast housings.
