FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: system has a first heat exchanger for removing heat from a heat-dissipating source to the cooling oil, connected by at least one feed pipe and at least one return pipe to a second heat exchanger for cooling oil by transferring heat absorbed in the first heat exchanger to the surrounding environment, having temperature lower than that of the cooling oil. The loop consisting of aid first and second heat exchangers and said feed and return pipes further includes means of providing flow of the cooling oil from the first heat exchanger to the second heat exchanger and back and means of monitoring flow of oil. The means of monitoring flow of oil apply a control action over devices for indicating operating parameters of the cooling system and/or the device for performing operations for protecting the heat-dissipating source from overheating.
EFFECT: high reliability and operational safety in conditions of very low temperatures and very slow flow of the coolant.
