SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The proposed oven design envisages special location of dispensing and collecting manifolds at tubular single-row channels (excluding their duplication at specific spots within the baking chamber) as well as arrangement of a partition and a screen at specific spots within the baking chamber.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance the food product quality due to ensuring an efficient baking mode.
