SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a beverage preparation device (1) that contains a beverage preparation chamber (20)(the design whereof ensures interaction between the liquid and beverage ingredient (T) contained therein, a means (8) for or supply of the liquid into the said chamber (20), a means (7) for heating the liquid (installed inside the liquid supply means (8)) as well as an air separation section (30) (installed inside the liquid supply means (8) downstream the heating means (7) for separation of air or any other gas as may be contained in the liquid). According to the invention, the air separation section (30) contains the liquid inlet (35), a means (55) for dissipation of kinetic energy of the liquid supplied through the inlet (35), an outlet (37) for liquid removal from the air separation chamber (30)(which outlet is separated from the inlet by the kinetic energy dissipation means) as well as an air outlet for (39) for air removal from the air separation chamber (30)(the outlet equally separated fro the inlet by the same kinetic energy dissipation means); the means (55) for dissipation of kinetic energy of the liquid supplied through the inlet (35) is designed so that to enable at least double change of liquid flow direction (W) for the opposite.

EFFECT: beverage preparation device (1) ensured reduced content of air in liquid applied for brewing the beverage ingredient (T).
