SUBSTANCE: foaming device is made with the possibility of adjustment with release of steam, for the purpose of creating milk foam. The device contains the inlet for steam, the inlet for milk, the inlet for air, the vacuum chamber made with the possibility of reception of steam, liquid milk and air, the restricting device with limited cross-section designed to pass a product through it with a high-speed rate, and the emulsifying chamber. The emulsifying chamber has an outlet for release of foam product from the chamber and the system of controlling the flow of foam designed to absorb the kinetic energy of the foam flow and to change its direction in a sufficient degree for soft release of foam from the device. Foaming device can be installed on coffee-making machine for making cappuccino by pressing the button.

EFFECT: invention provides delivery of foam in a softer manner.
