FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a capsule for beverages preparation by an infusion method or for preparation of soluble beverages. Capsule (1) for beverages preparation by infusion method or preparation of soluble beverages, containing, among other things, internal base (33) with labyrinth (30) made with possibility, due to capillary tension, avoiding the probability of passage of the beverage prepared into the infusion into opening (31) when the pressure inside capsule (1) falls below the threshold value. In particular, labyrinth (30) contains multiple capillary channels (321), borders of each capillary channel (321) are two adjacent labyrinth sections (30), and above channel is closed by sealing disc (5). In a preferable version of the invention, the cross-section area of capillary channels (321) ranges from 0.01 to 0.36 mm2, and in the most preferable version of invention implementation from 0.08 to 0.15 mm2.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing capsule equipped with anti-drop system, which, on the basis of the capillary tension principle, prevents leakage of liquid remaining inside the cup when the capsule is withdrawn from the infusion pump of the preparatory machine.
