FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation system. Separation system comprises inlet channel 16, swirling valve 100 to receive and control fluid flow via inlet channel 16 and to create vortex flow swirling around central axle 11. Besides it comprises separation chamber 40 arranged downstream of vortex vale 100 to receive swirling flow from said vortex valve 100 and comprising first and second discharge channels 41, 42. Note here that first discharge channel 41 serves to receive inner portion of swirling flow. Note here that second discharge channel 42 serves to receive outer portion of swirling flow. Besides, it comprises settling chamber 30 arranged between vortex valve 100 and separation chamber 40 to receive swirling flow from said vortex valve 100. Said chamber diverge downstream along central axle 11 to create diverging swirling flow to be forced into separation chamber 40.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation.
