INHALATION DEVICE WITH A NOZZLE FOR JOINT SPRAYING OF VARIOUS LIQUIDS AND THE METHOD FOR ITS USE Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61M11/00 A61M15/00 A61M16/20

Abstract RU 2776774 C2

FIELD: medical technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to an inhalation device for medical liquids (F) for the formation of an aerosol that can be inhaled. The device contains a housing (1), inside the specified housing (1) a reservoir (2, 2A, 2B) for storing liquid (F). The device has a discharge unit with one discharge chamber (3, 3A, 3B) to create pressure in the specified discharge chamber (3, 3A, 3B). The discharge chamber (3, 3A, 3B) communicates through the fluid with the reservoir (2, 2A, 2B) through a check valve (4, 4A, 4B), made with the possibility of overlapping in the direction of the reservoir (2, 2A, 2B). The device includes an outlet pipe (5, 5A, 5B), made with the possibility of placing its inner end facing the tank (5A’, 5B’) in the specified discharge chamber (3, 3A, 3B), and a nozzle (6), which has a liquid-impermeable connection with the outer end (5A’’, 5B’’) of the outlet pipe (5, 5A, 5B). The internal volume of the discharge chamber (3, 3A, 3B) is variable by relative movement of the discharge chamber (3, 3A, 3B) to the outlet pipe (5, 5A, 5B). The outlet pipe (5, 5A, 5B) is fixed and rigidly attached to the housing (1) or to the nozzle (6), and at least one discharge chamber (3, 3A, 3B) is movable relative to the housing (1) or nozzle (6). The nozzle (6) has the main axis (Z) and three ejection channels (6A, 6B, 6C, 6D), made with the ability to eject fluid (F, F1, F2) along the corresponding ejection trajectories. A collision point (X, X1, X2) is also provided at which two of the specified ejection trajectories intersect with each other.

EFFECT: ejection of a medium with a relatively higher viscosity in a short time and with higher reproducibility.
