SUBSTANCE: invention relates to waste water purification. A cleaner (100) for purifying a fluid medium includes: a reaction vessel (10) for a fluid medium, having a reaction chamber (11) and a bottom (12), a descending element (14) having an upper end (91) and a lower end (92), and a device for separating solid substances (20). The upper end (91) of the descending element is connected to a collector (13) for collecting the fluid medium from the reaction vessel (10). The descending element (14) is configured to transfer the fluid medium towards the bottom of the reaction vessel. The device for separating solid substances (20) has a fluid medium inlet and an outlet (56) configured to remove the separated liquid from the device for separating solid substances (20). The fluid medium inlet (72) of the device for separating solid substances (20) is connected to the lower end (92) of the descending element. The device for separating solid substances (20) is placed at the bottom of the reaction vessel or near the bottom and includes a chamber (23) for collecting solid substances, having at least one outlet for feeding the fluid medium into the reaction chamber (11).

EFFECT: invention enables to upgrade existing purification means.
