SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a case (1) for placement of at least one item, in particular, a textile item, which comprises the first shell (2), stretching in the vertical direction and equipped on its upper end with a hole (19), designed for item insertion, and a plate (6), equipped with bending facilities (6a) to generate a base in the form of a parallelepiped, where at least the lower part of the first shell (2) is placed. The case (1) comprises the second shell (3), which is arranged under the lower end of the first shell (2). The second shell (3) has dimensions that slightly exceed dimensions of the plate (6) and comprises at least one hole for insertion of the plate (6) in it. The first shell (2) comprises facilities for air removal from it on one of its walls. Since the plate (6) is not fixed with the second shell (3), ends of the case are rigid and will not be torn off at the level of the fixation point, at the same time after start of compression of the first shell it is still possible to again install the plate (6) properly prior to its bending for generation of the base in the form of a parallelepiped.
