FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for control over container overfill and ignition, unauthorised access thereto and for control over container handling areas. Proposed system comprises identification unit, identification system interacting with refuse tipper onboard identification system to weight garbage before and after dumping, and measurement-transmission unit. The latter is arranged in flange element or identification unit housing ledge. System comprises also the receiver and control unit connected to data conversion system and central control post located in signal reception zone and composed of computer with data I/O devices, signal transmitter, duplexer connected with transceiving antenna and signal receiver connected to computer. Every transmitter is composed of master oscillator, phase manipulator, first mixer with second input connected to local oscillator first input, first intermediate frequency amplifier and first power amplifier with its output connected with duplexer input. Every receiver consists of second power amplifier, second intermediate frequency second mixer, multiplier, band filter and phase detector, all being connected in series. Note here that central station phase manipulator second input is connected to computer output while phase manipulator second input of every container is connected with data conversion unit output. Central control station transmitter allows radiating phase manipulation signals in frequency ω1o2, while receiver receives signals in frequency ω2o1. Transmitter of every container allows radiating phase manipulation signals in frequency ω2 while receiver allows signal reception in frequency ω1. Frequencies ωo1 and ωo2 of the first and second local oscillators are spaced by second intermediate frequency ωo2o1int2. Note here that onboard system is equipped with scanner consisting of master oscillator, duplexer with its I/O connected with transceiving antenna, first power amplified, phase detector with its second input connected with master oscillator output, delay line, adder with its second input connected with modulating code generator output, phase manipulator and second power amplifier with its output connected with duplexer second input. Multiplier is connected to generator output, multiplier second input being connected to generator output, and narrowband filter with its output connected with manipulator second input. System identification transducer is equipped with radio-frequency marker composed of piezocrystal with thin film aluminium interdigital transducer of surface acoustic waves applied on its surface and connected with microstrip transceiving antenna and a set of reflectors. Said transducer comprises two interdigital electrode systems interconnected by buses connected with antenna.

EFFECT: higher validity and reliability of identification of containers in near zone.
