FIELD: packing industry.
SUBSTANCE: each dustbin equipped with identification unit contains measurement-transmitting unit, which includes signaling sensors, receiver of GPS-signals, transmitter and receiver of electromagnet signal. Signaling sensors register dustbin overfill, garbage inflammation, unauthorised access, and similar factors. Information on dustbin condition and its location identified with the help of GPS system is sent to control point by means of radio communication.
EFFECT: invention provides for remote control of dustbins operation conditions, their loading and emptying.
