FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: proposed dispenser comprises service tank made of nonmagnetic material and including hollow housing with bottom and cover equipped with intake and discharge pipes. Intake and discharge solenoid valves and level gage are fitted in said pipes. Besides, it comprises counterweight articulated with weight partially immersed in fluid via flexible element passed through hinged with said weight. Level gage on post is arranged at service tank cover. One end of said post is rigidly connected with cover while indicator and hinged are arranged at opposite end. Said level gage is composed of a drum with zero mark through which passed is the rope connected with weight and counterweight to turn the drum about its axis. Two marks are applied on said weight that makes the consumable fluid dose setting element. Lower mark is applied for maximum fluid density at minus 50°C while lower mark identifies minimum fluid density at 40°C. Extra tank with tube is arranged atop aforesaid service tank. Said tube accommodates check valve while said tube is connected with intake pipe. Guide baffle is arranged inside said service tank and provided with fluid passage, float with magnet is arranged behind said baffle. Magnet controlled contacts are arranged outside of said service tank and electrically connected with intake and discharge solenoid valves. Air valve is mounted in top section of service tank.
EFFECT: higher precision of proportioning.
