FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises turbine bladed wheel, turbine blade butts are locked in disc annular disc. At least, one blade is a tested blade. This device comprises also transducer and electric conductors. Said conductors are secured at blade body and root surfaces and in flange hole, connected to said transducer secured at blade body and means to transmit signal to recording device. Said transducer is composed of resistive-strain sensor. Annular groove bottom has, at least, one recess and two holes communicated therewith for wiring conductors at disc face and rear. Recess length makes, at least, half the blade root thickness. Note here that connection of conductors is made at disc face side, said wires running from transducer and signal transmitter. Recess depth should make, at least, two diameters of electric conductors. Note that the number of recesses communicated with annular disc groove being equal to that of tested blades.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher accuracy of testing, better balancing and longer life of turbine.
