FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in designing of new and reconstruction of steam turbines in service. Proposed unit for connecting blades with rotor of turbomachine includes blades fitted by roots in circular slot of rotor in which lock blades are secured by pressure and locking inserts arranged in cross slot of rotor. Pressure insert and cross slot have form in slot cross section providing displacement of pressure insert only along cross slot. Grooves are made at both sides of cross slot of rotor on section of location of pressure insert. Said grooves are parallel to bottom of cross slot of root into which side projections of pressure insert get. Cutout is made in flange of lock blade root into which radial projection of pressure insert gets to fix blade in circular direction. Section of cross slot of rotor for arranging fixing insert has circular size not less than size of pressure insert with side projections. According to second design version, unit for connecting blades with rotor of turbomachine includes two adjacent blade rims. Sections of cross slot of rotor for pressure inserts of lock blades of adjacent rims are arranged with parallel displacement one relative to the other so that distance between extreme sides of both sections is not less than sum of cross sizes of these sections. Section of cross slot arranged in longitudinal direction between sections of cross slot of rotor for pressure inserts has circular size including both sections for pressure inserts with side projections. Two locking inserts are arranged in circumferential direction in this section of cross slot for provision of independent assembling and disassembling of lock joints of each of adjacent blade rims. Grooves are made on sections of location of pressure inserts which are parallel to bottom of cross slot of rotor into which side projections of pressure inserts get. Cutout is made in flanges of roots of lock blades into which radial projection of pressure insert locking blade rim in circumferential direction gets.
EFFECT: improved quality of assembling and disassembling of lock connection, provision of its reliability and in second design version, provision of independent assembling and disassembling of lock connection of blade rims.
