FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to X-ray filters in collimator for regulation of X-ray beam energy in computed tomography systems. Device has source of X-ray irradiation and contains filtering element, which has central axis, parallel to projection axis, first support plate with filtering element installed on it with possibility of positioning within the X-ray beam. Filtering element and first support plate have the shape of cavity in the central part of device in direction, perpendicular to projection axis.
EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to have free space for application by other parts of collimator and provides possibility of using more than one filtering element in filtering device aimed at duplication, which simplifies replacement in the place of faulty X-ray filter.
