FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to means of monitoring the delivery of radiation therapy to a subject using projection imaging. Computer-aided method of controlling an adaptive radiation delivery system comprises receiving reference visualization information, creation of two-dimensional (2D) projection image using information on visualization obtained using nuclear magnetic resonance (MR) projection imaging, wherein 2D projection image corresponds to a predetermined projection direction, including a path intersecting at least a portion of the rendered subject, determining a change between generated 2D projection image and the reference visualization information for the target location prediction for the radiation therapy based on the predictive model, and creating an updated protocol for the therapy for delivering the radiation therapy with at least partial use of the determined change between obtained 2D projection image and the reference imaging information. A computer-aided method for controlling the delivery of a radiation therapy to a subject using a projection imaging comprises additionally creating an updated therapy protocol for delivering the radiation therapy with at least partial use of the determined change between obtained 2D projection image and the reference visualization information, wherein the reference image comprises an image extracted from the selected portion of 4D rendering information collected from the previously obtained rendering information, and wherein the selected portion of 4D visualization information comprises a predetermined portion of the physiological cycle. Radiotherapy therapeutic system comprises a therapy generator, and withdrawal of therapy, therapy controller system associated with radiation therapy generator and radiation therapy output, wherein the radiation therapy controller system comprises a visualization input which is configured to receive reference visualization information, wherein the therapy controller system is configured to create two-dimensional (2D) projection image using imaging information obtained using nuclear magnetic resonance (MR) projection imaging, determining a change between created 2D projection image and the reference visualization information for the target location prediction for the radiation therapy based on the predictive model, and controlling the delivery of the radiation therapy at the output of the radiation therapy with at least partial use of the determined change between obtained 2D projection image and the reference imaging information.
EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to reduce time of delay when obtaining visualization.
