SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine, namely, to orthopedic dentistry. Claimed is non-detachable combined dental prosthesis, which contains polyurethane frame with applied on it coating covering, and frame is made from polyurethane composition, which contains isocyanate and polyhydric alcohol, where as isocyanate applied is mixture of oligoetherdiol-based pseudoprepolymers, which contains 30-70 wt.fr. of 4,4-diphenyl-methanediisocyanate, with pseudoprepolymers with content of NCO-groups in amount 15.0-25.0% being applied, and as polyhydric alcohol applied is oligotriol-based mixture, which contains 15-40 wt.fr. of oligotetrol, and in mixture of oligotriol and oligotetrol applied are oligomers with molecular weight from 200 to 500 with ratio of components, wt.fr.: said pseudoprepolymers - 100, said polyhydric alcohol - 300 - 3000.

EFFECT: claimed is method of producing non-detachable combined dental prosthesis with frame from upper said polyurethane composition, which ensures obtaining high quality prosthesis with high properties of biological compatibility and stability with respect to patient's live tissues, improvement of esthetic imitation degree of finished prosthesis with maximal approach to natural look, simplification of technological process of prosthesis manufacturing with simultaneous reduction of its duration, increase of prosthesis service term, as well as considerable increase of live quality and social rehabilitation of prosthesis-applying patient.
