FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine, namely to maxillofacial prosthetics and can be used in manufacturing prosthesis of nose or its part, prosthesis of auricle or its part, hard or soft palate, prosthesis of soft palate connected with detachable dental prosthesis, prosthesis of jaw bone or its part and dental prosthesis, connected with elastic obturator and other maxillofacial prostheses. Method includes obtaining impression of element, of which prosthesis is made, obtaining plaster model of element of maxillofacial region, of which prosthesis is made, modelling on plaster model wax construction of future prosthesis, shaping plaster model with wax construction of prosthesis into shaping flask with application as shaping mass of duplicating silicone, keeping shaping mass until its hardening, opening flask after hardening of silicone duplicating mass, removal of wax from plaster model and shaping of gate channels in silicone form, drying plaster model and isolation of plaster model with vanish and separating lubricant, heating plaster model and silicone form, filling flask through gate channels with components of polyurethane composition in order to obtain prosthesis, heating and keeping plaster model and silicone form with poured polyurethane composition, removal of prosthesis made from polyurethane composition after cooling of plaster model and silicone form and its opening, removal of gates and final prosthesis processing. In process of prosthesis manufacturing obtained plaster model is dried in microwave oven at power 300-700 watts for 10-15 minutes, layers of isolating varnish are applied on plaster model, each layer being dried at room temperature for 5 minutes, after which final drying of entire varnish layer at temperature 100-110°C is performed for 10-15 minutes. Heating of plaster model and silicone form is carried out at temperature 115-125°C for 10-15 minutes, before pouring into shaping flask initial components of polyurethane composition are preliminarily heated in thermal oven at temperature 110-120°C for 4-6 minutes, after which they are removed out of thermal oven and cooled to room temperature. Components of polyurethane composition are mixed and volume of shaping flask is filled with polyurethane composition until it starts to flow out from anti-gate holes, immediately filled shaping flask is placed in polymeriser and in hermetised polymeriser is subjected to processing by air pressure 2 atm for 5 minutes without filling internal volume of polymeriser with water. Filled flask is kept in thermal oven at temperature 115-125°C for 45-60 minutes, removed from thermal oven, cooled in air to room temperature, flask is disassembled. Group also includes method of manufacturing jaw bone or its part.

EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining high quality prosthesis or its part with high properties as to biological compatibility and stability with respect to patient's alive tissues, ensuring increase of degree of esthetic imitation of manufactured prosthesis or its part with its closest approach to natural look, ensuring increase of exploitation term of manufactured prosthesis or its part, simplification of technological process of practical manufacturing of prosthesis or its part with simultaneous reduction of its duration, as well as considerate increase of life quality and social rehabilitation of patient, who uses prostheses.
