FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: thermo-blade comprises a holder 1, pivotally 2 connected with a rest 3 mounted on the table, on which a plate 5 of porous heat-resistant and elastic material is fixed, coated at the top and on the sides of the rest with nonstick fabric. On the holder 1 a cutting element in the form of stretched continuous nickel-chromium thread is fixed which is located over the rest 3 with the ability of pressing of the cutting element to the nonstick fabric through the welded film. The ends of the cutting element are connected to the electric wires for supplying current for pulse heating of the cutting element. The positive electric wire is connected to the rest 3 and is attached to it, and the negative electric wire is connected to the cutting element. At the ends of the holder 1 the plates of dielectric material, for example, of cloth-based laminate, are fixed. In each plate from the side of its end a slot is made with a slider and a compression spring located in it, which is located in a compressed state between the slider and the end of the slot. The slider is mounted with its one end in the slot, and other - in the guide rail of the holder 1. On the slider a screw is mounted for mounting to the slider of the cutting element and the negative electric wire.
