FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of effluents of emulsified fatty contaminants and products and may be used at food and oil processing industries and machine building. Electrically driven flotator comprises housing with effluents feed pipe and clean water discharge pipe, foam discharge pipe and anode and cathode arranged at housing bottom. Note here that said cathode may vertically displace. For this cathode drive and control system are used. Said control system includes contaminant actual concentration pickup, contaminant nominal content setter, subtractor, amplifier, limiter, electrode gap setter, scaler, insensitivity unit and insensitivity zone setter. Rectifier connected with compensator is used for electrode current density. Note here that subtractor first input is connected to actual contaminant concentration pickup arranged in flotator housing. Subtractor second input is connected to contaminant rated content setter. Subtractor output is connected via amplifier with constricting unit first input. Second input of the latter is connected with electrode gap steer outlet. Outlet of aforesaid scaler is connected via scaler to cathode driver, Note here that insensitivity areas first input is connected with amplifier, while .insensitivity is connected to insensitivity zone setter, note also than insensitivity zone output is connected to compensator.

EFFECT: better removal of emulsified fat contaminants and oil products.
