FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail lubing control. Proposed method comprises analysis of the data of monitoring the rail wear intensity at track curves at railway spans. Note here control over rail lubing comprises selecting from all curves with rail side wear of only those track curves, with indication of their radii, where lubing is a must due to excess wear, that is, exceeding preset tolerances. proposed device comprises bed mounted at vehicle floor, lever attached thereto to extend through said floor to turn about vertical axis and connected with drive plate with yoke on its end, bracket mounted at bogie frame crossbar to turn said lever through said drive plate with which its coupled by said yoke, in bogie turn at track curve beginning and end. Two change-over flags are arranged at said lever for operation in two horizontal plane with their rectangular edges initial position being parallel with the lever lengthwise axis.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of lubrication.
